At Salone Nautico, Italian style and tecnologie green

The best of the italian and international boating production. Present also the hybrid and electric North European Models.

Dreaming boat but not only. The best of the international and italian production will be showed the next week at the Salone Nautico of Venice (18 – 23 June). Operators of sector and fans can discover the secrets of an hundred of boats including 50 yachts and super yachts of 15 to 50 m.

The big star arriving in Arsenale is the brand new Riva 50 meters “Race”, a few days before the opening a private reception will be the world premiere. The ship is realized of steel in the superyacht Division Riva of Ancona and is a flagship of the Ferretti Group, that it will be present in Basin with a fleet of 11 boats to brand Riva, Ferretti, Pershing, Custom Line of which there will be world preview of the new 106 designed by Francesco Paszkowski. Riva 50 is a boat that translates the ambitions of the founder Carlo Riva who, driven by the ambitious and ingenious desire to go beyond the limits, achieved between the years ’60 and‘70 the famous M/Y of the series caravelle and Atlantic, the large steel yachts of which Riva 50 meters is now worthy heir to unrivalled standards of aesthetics, style and innovation. Riva 50 meters is the result of the collaboration between Officina Italiana Design, the design studio founded by Mauro micheli and Sergio Beretta with the Strategic Committee of Product Ferretti Group of which Piero Ferrari is part.

Monte Carlo Yachts, which has its main production unit in the Adriatic in Monfalcone, will be present instead with the two new models launched this year: MCY 66 and MCY70. Is an exclusive occasion for discover the second generation of the range that will be enriched with the presence of the new MCY76 the next July. The 3 new projects confirm and exalt the particulars of the Monte Carlo Yacht Collection, the search for elegant boats with essential lines. These models are stylistically speaking a complete mix of tradition and innovation, which realizes the concept of“future classic” coined by the Nuvolari Lenard  Design Workshop, animated by the Venetian Carlo Nuvolari and the Slovenian Dan Lenard, which is based in Veneto that has designed the entire range of the yard that is part of the Beneteau Group.

The Victory Shipyard of Adria, in addition to exhibiting the latest designed and built boats together with the most innovative solutions applied, focuses on the power and elegance of the lines by showcasing two units of the interceptor type created for surveillance applications:  the interceptor 43 and Vittoria Fast interceptor 65.These prototypes combine the high performance capabilities of the professional units with the Italian craftsmanship in the design and construction of recreational craft. Equipped with a camouflage that allows camouflage at sea, the interceptor 43 was built according to the rigid standards adopted by the US customs and Border Protection.

The Cantiere Cranchi, which has its seat in Piantedo in Lombardy but an important production unit in San Giorgio di Nogaro, will show off the T53 Eco Trawler, a boat that interprets with modern technology the concept of classic trawler, a way of sailing that is returning of great interest for its vocation to comfort with low consumption. Always from Cranchi E 52 S, contemporary evolution of the motoryacht theme flybridge.

Talking about the sail, Neo Yacht & Composites with his new Neo 350, boat in perfect balance between race and cruise that distinguished itself in the recent ORC World Championship of Sibenico. The Neo boats are an invention of Paolo Semeraro, a very talented sailor who started his career on Finn and are designed by Giovanni Ceccarelli and have the great performances as their attitude.

The space dedicated to hybrid and electric boats is also significant, with the participation of two manufacturers from northern Europe, Swedish X-Shore, the brand of the Swedish visionary entrepreneur Konrad Bergstrom and Finnish Q-Yachts, a Finnish company offering electric yachts of contemporary design. Venice cannot miss the traditional boats of the lagoon, the historic civilian and military vessels.

The boats are surrounded by an abundant area dedicated to maritime services, plants such as the sumptuous stand set up by FTP Industrial that produces marine engines of excellence that has chosen the lagoon city to present to the international press some of its products.
