The international 3-day event involves 30 crews from 7 different nations, with the participation of the 2019 World Champions, the 2019 European Champions and the 2019 Italian Champions.

Micro Class Italia was set up in 2011, based on the legacy of previous projects and in the wake of growing international diffusion. It promotes initiatives ranging from the tourist-sporting raid to the pure regatta. The first Italian Championship title was awarded in 2017; the Salone Nautico Venezia Trophy is the fourth edition of the national championship.

The award-winning ceremony will take place on Sunday, June 6 at 3 pm in the Sommergibile (submarine) area.
