• Where can I get tickets?

Admission tickets can be purchased online from the salonenautico.venezia.it website.

Please note that free tickets for eligible categories are collectible only from the ticket offices at the entrance to the Boat Show.

 

• What are the ticket prices?

Full price: € 15.00

Reduced price: € 12.00 (13-17 years/over 65)

Family ticket: € 10.00 per person (min 4 people: 2 adults and 2 children 13-17 years)

Special price: € 10.00 for ticket holders of:  Teatro La Fenice, Biennale Architettura 2023, Musei Civici Venezia, The Human Safety Net, Rivoluzione Vedova at M9

Special MN € 5.00 for ticket holders of: Museo Navale (the Naval Museum)

 

• Who is entitled to free admission?

Children under 13 years olf, if accompanied by an adult, and carers of people with certified disability. Free admission tickets are collectible only from the ticket offices at the entrance to the Boat Show.

 

• What should I do if I’ve lost my ticket?

If you can’t find your ticket in your emails, you can retrieve it by accessing the reserved area using the “find/view purchases and reservations” function.

We would like to remind you that admission tickets are now in digital format, so you do not need to print a paper ticket, just show the QR code on your smartphone.

 

• Can I change the date/time of my ticket?

No change of date is allowed for personal needs.

 

• Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

You can transfer your ticket to another person by following the instructions below to “change name”:

Access the following link: click here!

 

Select “MY TICKETS” from the menu on the top right corner.

Enter the 16-character alphanumeric code that is shown on the right of the ticket, above the date of issue and click “SEARCH”.

The details of your ticket will appear.

Click on “CHANGE NAME”.

Change the data as needed and click on “CONFIRM”.

Click “CONFIRM” again to reconfirm the new name of the ticket holder who will receive the ticket via email at the address shown.

 

• Can I return with the same ticket on the same day?

Please note that the ticket is valid for a single entry only. Once you have exited the show, you will not be able to go back in.

 

• I have a commitment and I can no longer come to the Boat Show, can I ask for a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable if the ticket holder is unable to attend for personal reasons.

 

• The event has been cancelled/postponed, what should I do?

If the event has been cancelled or postponed by the organizers due to force majeure, we invite you to consult the Boat Show’s website: salonenautico.venezia.it
